    أصبحت السياسات المالية من أهم ما تسعى إليه عديد الدول للتحكم في اقتصاداتها وتحقيق التوازنات المالية، وبطبيعة الحال هناك العديد من البرامج والسياسات الرامية لتحقيق ذلك ومن أهما نجد السياسة الضريبية ونخص بالذكر النظام الضريبي، وعليه فإن دراستنا تمحورت حول كفاءة النظام الضريبي في ظل الهيكلة الجديدة للإدارة الجبائية في الجزائر، كا ون ذلك بالتركيز على أهم مكونات النظام الجبائي الجزائري وما شمله من إصلاحات الإدارة وإعادة هيكلتها، وللوصول إلى النتائج اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وتقييم أداء المصالح الجبائية حيث خلصنا إلى أن عصرنة الإدارة الجبائية في ظل الإصلاحات الضريبية أضفى الكثير من التنظيم والفعالية للإدارة الجبائية.
