    دور قياس التدفقات النقدية في اتخاذ القرارات المالية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء – غرداية 2021-2017

    تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز أهمية قياس التدفقات النقدية في اتخاذ القرارات المالية بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية من خلال دراسة حالة وكالة غرداية لصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الإجراء خلال الفترة من 2017 إلى غاية 2021 بالاعتماد على تطور التدفقات النقدية للوكالة من خلال عرض و تحليل جدول سيولة الخزينة من جهة و 289 و التعديلات التي مسته من جهة أخرى. - عرض وقراءة أهم قرارات المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 15 خلصت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة التدفقات النقدية لصندوق التي يغلب عليها الطابع التشغيلي بالإضافة إلي طبيعة نشاطه الاجتماعي و أن قياس التدفقات النقدية بالصندوق الوطني لضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء له دور كبير في اتخاذ القرارات المالية . This study aims to show the importance of measuring cash flows in making financial decisions in the economic institution through a case study of the National Social Security Fund Agency for non-procedures during the period from 2017 to 2021 by depending on the development of the agency's cash flows by presenting and analyzing the treasury liquidity table on the one hand and displaying and reading the most important decisions of Executive Decree N 15-289 and amendments which touched him on the other hand. The study concluded by identifying the nature of the cash flows of the fund, which is predominantly operational in addition to the nature of its social activity, and that measuring cash flows in the National Social Security Fund for non-workers has the main and the major role in making financial decisions
