    تعتبر البنوك التجارية من المؤسسات ذات الطبيعة الخاصة التي تواجه عوائد ومخاطر على اختلاف أشكالها في وقت واحد ، حيث تعتبر هذه الأخيرة جزءا لا يتجزأ من العمل المصرفي خصوصا مع التطور التكنولوجي وزيادة حجم المعاملات المصرفية فبالرغم من اختلاف السياسة من بنك لآخر إلا انه لا يكون بالشكل الكبير من حيث اعتماد أساليب منح الائتمان . جاءت هذه الدراسة لتتناول أثر تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية كجانب من جوانب سياسة منح الائتمان مع دراسة حالة البنك الوطني الجزائري بغرداية ، حيث تمت فيه دراسة العلاقة الإحصائية التي تجمع بين تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية و قرار منح الائتمان ، ولمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع واختبار الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على والنتائج المتوصل ، SPSS التحليل الإحصائي حيث تم تطبيق طريقة مصفوفة الارتباط باستخدام برنامج إليها كانت ذات معنوية إحصائية حيث ظهر التأثير الواضح لتقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية على سلامة القرار الائتمانيCommercial banks are considered to be private entities that face different types of returns and risks. This study was conducted to examine the impact of evaluation of investment projects as an aspect of the policy of granting credit with the study of the case of the Algerian National Bank in Ghardaia, where the statistical relationship between the evaluation of investment projects and the decision to grant credit was studied. In order to address the problem of the subject and test hypotheses, The correlation matrix method was applied using the SPSS program, and the results obtained were statistically significant.
