    The debate of personal freedom has always existed in terms of launch and restriction, in t erms of defining the concept, scope and boundaries, it is the true image of the extent to which states apply freedoms and the extent to which they respect them. The field of freedoms has been given great importance in Islamic societies, especially after the Western intellectual and cultural invasion of the minds of young people, based on ideas of a philosophical nature that are far from the constants that Islamic law came from fixed origins extending branches at all times and places. Therefore, in this research, we have tried to determine the concept of personal freedom and the extent to which legislation respects it, and the mechanisms taken to ensure its unrestricted exercise, and collect the controls that ensure its proper exercise, while comparing what came from the Islamic Sharia and positive law in this area .
