    أثر العبء الضريبي للأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية.

    هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر العبء الضريبي على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الإقتصادية تمت هذه الدراسة بمديرية الضرائب ولاية غرداية. ومن أجل الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي بالإضافة إلى منهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي من خلال تحليل السنوات المالية لمؤسسة اقتصادية ومن خلال هذا البحث توصلنا الى أن الضريبة تؤثر بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر على الأداء المالي للمؤسسات، إذ تلعب دور اً حاسم اً في اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار والتمويل والتسعير وتوزيع الأرباح. فالمؤسسات ملزمة بالامتثال للالتزامات الضريبية من خلال تقديم التصريحات الضريبية ودفع المستحقاتThe study aimed to identify the impact of the tax burden on the financial performance of economic institutions. This study was conducted at the Tax Directorate of Ghardaia Province. To answer the problem posed, we relied on a descriptive approach, in addition to a case study approach in the applied aspect, by analyzing the financial years of an economic institution. Through this research, we concluded that taxes directly and indirectly affect the financial performance of institutions, as they play a crucial role in investment, financing, pricing, and profit distribution decisions. Institutions are obligated to comply with tax obligations by submitting tax returns and paying dues
