    هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التهكم التنظيمي والاحباط الوظيفي في منظمات الأعمال وق د اعتمدت الدراسة على المنه ج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أسلوب العينة لعمال الشركة الجزائرية للأنابيب بغرادية حيث بلغ عددهم خمسة واربعو ن مفردة. وق د خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج تؤكد وجود علاقة بين التهكم التنظيمي والاحباط ا لوظيفي في الشركة الجزائرية للأنابيب ALFAPIPE بغرداية The study aimed to find out the relationship between organizational cynicism and job frustration in business organizations. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. to achieve the objectives of the study, the sample Method was used for the workers of the Algerian pipe company in Ghardaia, where they numbered forty-five individuals. The study concluded a set of results confirming the existence of a relationship between organizational cynicism and job frustration in the Algerian pipe company ALFAPIPE in Ghardaia
