    تهدف الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على موضوع الضريبة على ارباح الشركات والمعالجة المحاسبية لها في المؤسسات الاقتصادية باختلاف نشاطاتها ومعدلاتها الضريبية، وللوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة قمنا في هذه الدراسة باستعمال المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي بالإضافة إلى الدراسة الميدانية من خلال دراسة الحالة على مستوى مفتشية الضرائب أول نوفمبر بغرداية، حيث خلصنا إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها أن الضريبة على أرباح الشركات تفرض على أساس الربح الضريبي وليس على أساس الربح المحاسبي، وتختلف معدلاتها باختلاف الأنشطة والقطاعات الاقتصادية، وأيضا فإن المعالجة المحاسبية للضريبة على أرباح الشركات لها دور فعال في مساعدة المؤسسة على تحديد الأرباح الصافية قبل توزيعها على الشركاء. The study aims to shed light on the subject of tax on corporate profits and the accounting treatment for them in economic institutions with different activities and tax rates, Where we concluded a number of results, the most important of which is that the tax on corporate profits is imposed on the basis of tax profit and not on the basis of accounting profit, and its rates vary according to different economic activities and sectors, and also that the accounting treatment of corporate income tax has an effective role in helping the institution determine net profits before Distribute to partners.
