    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي يوجهها نظام الأمن والسلامة المهنية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل حوادث وإصابات العمل وأهم الإجراءات التي تتبعها في تقليلها. وقد تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في: فيما يتمثل دور نظام الأمن والسلامة المهنية في تقليص حوادث وإصابات العمل في المؤسسة الوطنية الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب؟ وقد تم استخدام أداة المقابلة بالإضافة إلى تقارير وإحصائيات المؤسسة محل الدراسة المتعلقة بالأمن والسلامة المهنية، وقد توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها: - نلاحظ من خلال إحصائيات المتعلقة بالمؤسسة أن الحوادث في ارتفاع سنة بعد أخرى رغم وجود نظام الأمن والسلامة المهنية. - إن أهم عائق تواجهه المؤسسة محل الدراسة فيما يتعلق بنظام الأمن والسلامة وحوادث العمل هو عدم وجود وسائل وطرق كفؤة وفعالة لمراقبة التزامات العاملين والمؤسسة من جهة، لتحديد موضع الخلل.This study aims to identify the obstacles faced by the occupational safety and security system, in addition to analyzing work accidents and injuries and the most important measures that it follows in reducing them. The problem of the study is: What is the role of the occupational safety and security system in reducing work accidents and injuries in the Algerian National Corporation for the Pipe Industry? The interview tool was used in addition to the reports and statistics of the institution under study related to occupational security and safety, and we reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - We notice through the statistics related to the institution that accidents are on the rise year after year, despite the existence of an occupational safety and security system. - The most important obstacle facing the institution under study with regard to the security and safety system and work accidents is the lack of efficient and effective means and methods to monitor the obligations of employees and the institution on the one hand, to determine the location of the defect
