    دراسة تحليلية لأثر قانون الاستثمار الجديد على الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر

    هدفت هذه الدراسة الى دراسة أثر قانون الاستثمار الجديد 22-18 على الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل هذا القانون والقوانين السابقة له ومجموعة من الاحصائيات والبيانات من هيئات وطنية ودولية للفترة الممتدة من 2001 الى 2023. ولقد أفضت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان أهمها: قانون الاستثمار له دور أساسي في بناء بيئة استثمارية قوية لدعم الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال تحفيز وتشجيع المستثمرين لخلق استثمارات في قطاعات مختلفة قادرة على التصدير. رغم النتائج الإيجابية التي حققتها الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة في مجال الصادرات غير النفطية والنقلة النوعية في التنمية الاقتصادية، تبقى الجزائر في مواجهة تحدي اعتمادها على صادرات المحروقات الى غاية إيجاد حلول جذرية. This study aimed to examine the impact of the new investment law 22-18 on non-oil exports in Algeria using the descriptive-analytical method, by analysing this law and its predecessors, along with a set of statistics and data from national and international bodies for the period from 2001 to 2023. The study led to a number of findings, the most important of which were: The investment law plays a fundamental role in building a strong investment environment to support the national economy by motivating and encouraging investors to create investments in various sectors capable of exporting. Despite the positive results achieved by Algeria in recent years in the field of non-oil exports and the qualitative leap in economic development, Algeria continues to face the challenge of relying on hydrocarbon exports until radical solutions are found.
