The study deals with treaties of peace and good neighborliness in Islamic jurisprudence and international law, where the study adopted the comparative approach in order to extract similarities and differences between the position of Islamic jurisprudence and the position of international law in dealing with the issue of international peace and good neighborliness. Sir, as the historical method has had a role in monitoring the historical development of treaties of peace and good،neighborliness. . The study came in two semesters. The first chapter deals with the conceptual framework of peace treaties and good neighborliness in Islamic jurisprudence and international law. We divided this chapter into three topics: The first topic included the concept of peace treaties and good neighborliness in Islamic jurisprudence and international law, while the second topic was about the historical development of الملخص 91 peace treaties And good neighborliness, while in the third topic we talked about types of treaties in both Islamic jurisprudence and international law. As for the second chapter: we talked about how peace treaties and good neighborliness were concluded, the stages of their formation, the extent of their obligation to implement them, and how they were terminated in Islamic jurisprudence and international law through thre investigations. Both Islamic jurisprudence and international law. As for the second topic, it was about the mandatory implementation of peace treaties and good neighborliness in Islamic jurisprudence and international law. As for the third topic, we talked about how treaties of peace and good neighborliness were concluded in both Islamic jurisprudence and international law. Then we concluded this study with our findings and made some suggestions.
