في تحسين الخدمة بمؤششات التعليم العالي في ظل التحول الرقمي (progres) دور منصة بروغراس

في تحسين جودة الخدمةالمقدمة بالجامعة، من خلال التعرف على منصة برو قراس Progres تهدف هذهالدراسة للتعرف على منصة وفوائدها ومجالاا وبالاضافة الى التعرف على مفهوم جودة الخدمة بمؤسسات التعليم العالي ومعاييرها ومقوماا واهميتها ودورها ئئء\ تخسين الخدمة سواءا للطالب أو الاستاذ أو الاداري كل حسب حاجته لما لها من دور في تقليل التكلفة والجهد وربح الوقت بعيدا عن الاساليب التقليدية . وتوصلت الدراسة بالرغم أن استخدام منصة بروقراستعترضه بعض الصعوبات منها نقص التقنيين في اال التكنولوجي لعدم فهم التعامل مع النظام في حد ذاته خاصة وأن النظام في نسخته الأولية، إلا أن له دور في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدمة بالجامعة كالتسجيل في الايواء والنقل والاطعام ومعرفة مساره الدراسي .وتوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية في مجال استخدام منصة بروغراس ، ودراسة أهم تحديات التي قد تواجه مؤسسات التعليم العالي في استخدام تطبيقها ، واقتراح الحلول الناجحة للتقليل من الصعوبات، كما توصي الدراسة بإعداد البيئة المناسبة بما يتناسب وأنماط العمل الاداري الالكتروني المختلفة، ونشر الثقافة الالكترونية بين مستخدمي المنصة لتحقيق قدر كبير من الإقبال والتفاعل والتواصلThis study aims to identify the Progres platform in improving the quality of service provided at the university, by identifying the Progres platform, its benefits, and its fields, in addition to identifying the concept of service quality in higher education institutions, its standards, components, importance, and role in improving the service, whether for the student, professor, or administrator, each according to his need because of its advantages. A role in reducing cost and effort and saving time away from traditional methods. The study concluded that although the use of the Progress platform is hampered by some difficulties, including a lack of technicians in the technological field due to a lack of understanding of how to deal with the system itself, especially since the system is in its initial version, it has a role in improving the quality of the service provided at the university, such as registering for accommodation, transportation, food, and knowing the course of study. This study recommends the necessity of organizing training courses in the field of using the Progress platform, studying the most important challenges that higher education institutions may face in using its application, and proposing successful solutions to reduce the difficulties. The study also recommends preparing the appropriate environment to suit the different patterns of electronic administrative work, and spreading electronic culture. Among platform users to achieve a great deal .of interest, interaction and communication
مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم التطوير الإداري دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات الإداريين بجامعة غرداية حول مساهمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في دعم التطوير الاداري ، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي (منهج دراسة حالة) ولجمع المعلومات الاولية تم تصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها 177 فرد، لاختبار الفرضيات المقترحة، مع الاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائيSPSS.24لتحليل البيانات؛ ومن خلال ما سبق توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج نذكرها كالآتي: يوجد مستوى مرتفع لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بجامعة غارداية من وجهة نظر العاملين الادريين بها؛ يوجد مستوى مرتفع لتوافر التطوير الإداري بجامعة غارداية من وجهة نظر العاملين الادريين بها؛ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات العينة المدروسة حول تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تعزى المتغيرات الشخصية؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات العينة المدروسة حول التطوير الإداري تعزىالمتغيرات الشخصية ؛ يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لمساهمة ابعاد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال( الحواسيب ، البرمجيات ،قواعد البيانات، شبكات الاتصال ، صناع المعرفة في دعم التطوير الاداري لدى العاملين الاداريين بجامعة غارداية . وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير المتطلبات التنظيمية وتهيئة الإمكانيات الداعمة لتطبيق تكنولوجياالمعلومات وتسخير مفهومها في خدمة العمليةالإدارية والتعليمية بالجامعة The current study aims to know the attitudes of administrators at Ghardaia University about the contribution of information and communication technology in supporting administrative development. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach (case study approach) was used. To collect primary information, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample of 177 individuals, to test the proposed hypotheses, with the help of the statistical program SPSS.24 to analyze the data; Through the above, the study reached a number of results, which we mention as follows:  There is a high level of use of information and communication technology at Ghardaia University from the point of view of employees administrators;  There is a high level of availability of administrative development at Ghardaia University from the point of view ofadministrative employees;  There are statistically significant differences between the answers of the studied sample about information and communication technology attributed to personal variables;  There are no statistically significant differences between the answers of the studied sample about administrative development attributed to personal variables;  There is a statistically significant effect of the contribution of the dimensions of information and communication technology (computers, software, databases, communication networks, knowledge makers) in supporting administrative development among administrative workers at Ghardaia University. The study recommended the necessity of providing the organizational requirements and preparing the capabilities to support the application of information technology and harnessing its concept in serving the administrative and educational process at the university
