The most prominent of these is the expansion of the use of modern technological methods that are accurate and flexible, As an attempt to keep abreast of modernity and despite the Algerian public administration's trend towards modernization and digitization of its various activities and operations in the context of the orientation towards e-governance, this process is still beset by many regulatory, legal and technological obstacles... which must be addressed in order to make this transition a success
