    دور الاتصالات الرسمية من حيث وجهة الاتصال في تحسينالأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالمؤسسة دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة الصحة العمومية لصحة الجوارية غرداية

    هدفت هاته الدراسة الى توضيح مفهوم الاتصال الرسمي و معرفة دورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية لولاية غرداية و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قمنا بإستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و تم الإعتماد على استبانة ورقية لجمع البيانات حيث وزعت 30 استمارة على موظفي مؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية ولاية غرداية و الغيت منها اجابتين لعدم تكملت الاستبيان و من أجل تحليل البيانات قمنا بإستخدام برنامج spss_v20 و في أخير توصلنا إلى أن الإتصال الرسمي له دور مهم في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي وذلك من خلال تحديد و معرفة : نمط الإتصال السائد في المؤسسة ، معرفة علاقة أنواع الاتصال (الاتصال النازل, الاتصال الصاعد , الاتصال الفقي ) بالكفاءة و الجودة و الإنتاجية و اتخاذ القرار، This study aimed to clarify the concept of formal communication and identify its role in improving job performance within the Public Community Health Institution of Ghardaia Province. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was used, and a paper-based questionnaire was adopted for data collection. A total of 30 questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Public Community Health Institution of Ghardaia, with two responses excluded due to incomplete answers. For data analysis, the SPSS_v20 software was employed. The study concluded that formal communication plays a significant role in enhancing job performance by identifying and understanding the prevailing communication pattern in the institution, as well as examining the relationship between types of communication (downward, upward, and horizontal) and aspects such as efficiency, quality, productivity, and decision-making
