    تعتبر ىذه الدراسة مزيج بتُ موضوعتُ كبنا ابعانب ابؼالي لإيالة ابعزائر في الفتًة ابغديثة ك بؿلة بصع الضرائب في ىذه الفتًة كتكمن العلبقة بينهما في تسليط الضوء على ابعانب الاقتصادم كالسياسي كالعسكرم للجزائر في ىذه الفتًة، فيعتبر النظا ابؼالي ابعزائرم في العهد العثمالٍ بفيزا عن سابقو بسبب تطوير بنيتو التحتية من مداخيل متنوعة للخزينة كإنشاء مؤسسة تقو بدعمها كىي مؤسسة بيت ابؼاؿ، مع التنظيم ا﵀كم بؽيكلة أمواؿ ابػزينة موارد كمصاريف بفا جعلها تستمر لفتًة أطوؿ. أما بؿلة بصع الض ا رئب فتعتبر جزءا من التنظيم ابؼالي حيث موا رد ا﵀لة تذىب مباشرة للخزينة كلاقتصاد البلبد خاصة في ابعانب العسكرم كىم جنود ا﵀اؿ، كيقو نظا ا﵀لة على تنظيم عسكرم بؿكم كقوانتُ صارمة بغفظ كياف الدكلة، كبسوؿ ا﵀لة من طرؼ السلطة، كتنقسم ا﵀لة إلى أنواع من حيث بصع الضرائب فأصلها مرتتُ في السنة كبزرج اضطراريا في حاؿ عد استجابة منطقة لدفع الضرائب لإخضاعها، أما مهامها فتكوف في جباية الضرائب اللبزمة من السكاف كمراقبة الأسواؽ كالسلع كحفظ أمن البلبد كتوسيع حودىا داخل الدكلة كمعاقبة ابؼتخلفتُ عن السلطة.thisstudy is acombination of two sudjects, namelythe financiala spect of the eyal et of Algeria in the modern and the locality of collecting taxes in this periodm and the relationship between them lies in shedding light on the economic,political and military aspect of Algeria in this period.the infrastructure consists of various for the tr easury and the establi sh,ent of an instititution that supportsit, which is the bait al ,al institution wi th the tight organization of structuring treasury funds, resources and expenses, which made them last fer alonger period. Types of as for the locality of tax collection, it is considered part of the finacial or ganization, where thelocalre sourcos go dirctly to the treasuiry and the countrys economy especially in the 92 military side, and they are the locality into local soldier. Collecting taxes, its origin is twice a year, and it is expelled out of necessity in the event that a region does not respond to paying tqxes to subjugate it.as for its tasks, it is to the sec urity of collect the necessary taxes from the population m,onitor m arkets and goods, preserve in powe.
