    دور الاشتمال المالي في تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي للبنوك

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الإشتمال المالي في تحقيق النجاح الإستراتيجي للبنوك، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استعراض أهم المفاهيم النظرية حول الإشتمال المالي و النجاح الإستراتيجي للبنوك، بالإضافة إلى جمع البيانات المطلوبة الخاصة بمتغيرات الدراسة من التقارير لمجموعة من البنوك لكلا الولايتين )غارداية ،البيض( عن طريق الاستبيان لعينة الدراسة و عددها 9 بنوك، كما تم اللجوء الى تحليل نموذج spss لمعرفة إذا كانت هناك علاقة بين كل مؤشر من مؤشرات قياس المتغير التابع و المتغير المتتقل توصلت هذه الدراسة عل مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة بين محاور الاشتمال المالي و أوجه النجاح الاستراتيجي للمصارف This study aims to reveal The role of financial inclusion in achieving the strategic success of banks, To achieve this goal, we were followed the descriptive and analytical method. Therefore, we were reviewed The most important concepts of the Financial inclusion and Strategic Success of banks, In addition to collecting the required data Of study variables Of reports for a group of banks For both states (ghardaia-bayad) Questionnaire way For the study sample There are 9 banks, Asylum has been To analyze Model spss To see if they over there Relationship Between each indicator Measure the dependent variable And independent variable.
