    اتجاهات الطلبة نحو اختيار مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة دراسة ميدانية على طلبة السنة الاولى ماستر بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية جامعة غرداية

    هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة اتجاهات طلبة الأولى ماستر نحو اختيار مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة ، ولجمع البيانات تم بناء استبيان ، بعد التأكد من خصائصة السيكومترية ،طبق على عينة قوامها 66 طالب مستوى الاولى ماستر من كل تخصصات كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة غرداية، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، بعد المعالجة الاحصائية توصلنا إلى : أن اتجاهات الطلبة نحو اختيار مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة ايجابية و ايضا لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الطلبة نحو اختيار مشروع مؤسسة ناشئة تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي و العمر والتخصص .The study aimed to explore the nature of first-year Master's students' attitudes toward choosing a startup project. To collect data, a questionnaire was developed and administered after verifying its psychometric properties. The instrument was applied to a sample of 66 first-year Master's students from all departments within the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Ghardaia. The study adopted a descriptive methodology. Following statistical analysis, the results indicated that students hold positive attitudes toward choosing a startup project. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found in students' attitudes based on gender, age, or academic specialization.
