    هٌدف هذا البحث الى إبراز دور الابداع التكنولوج ف تحق قٌ متطلبات المسؤول ةٌ الب ئٌ ةٌ من خلال تحد دٌ العلاقة ب نٌ شكل الابداع التكنولوج :ً المنتجات وعمل اٌت الانتاج، اخترنا شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة بغردا ةٌ لاعتمادها على تكنولوج اٌ إنتاج الطاقات النظ فٌة من أجل دعم الإنتاج الوطن للطاقة. تٌكون مجتمع الدراسة من 051 فرد من إطارات وموظف مقر الشركة بغردا ةٌ ح ثٌ وزعنا 64 استب اٌنا وحصلنا على 64 ، استخدمنا الأدوات الاحصائ ةٌ لدراسة الع نٌة. توصل البحث الى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائ ةٌ ب نٌ الإبداع التكنولوج ف عمل اٌت الانتاج وب نٌ متطلبات المسؤول ةٌ الب ئٌ ةٌ ف الشركة، ف مٌا لم تكن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة احصائ ةٌ ب نٌ الابداع التكنولوج ف المنتجات ومتطلبات المسؤول ةٌ البيئيةThis research aims to highlight the role of technological innovation in achieving the requirements of environmental responsibility by determining the relationship between the two forms of technological innovation: products and production processes, we chose the company of electricity and renewable energies in Ghardaia because of its reliance on technology to produce clean energies to support national energy production. The study community consists of 150 tires and staff of the company's headquarters in Ghardaia where we distributed 46 questionnaires and obtained 42, we used statistical tools to study the sample. The research found a statistically significant relationship between technological innovation in production processes and the requirements of environmental responsibility in the company, while there was no statistically significant relation between technological innovation in products and requirements of environmental responsibility.
