    The initiation of the criminal case is one of the rights approved by the legislation for the victim, not as an asset, but as exception, as a guarantee of obtaining his right, and in order to achieve the proper course of justice. With all methods prescribed in the legislation to move the victim to the criminal case,the ordinary complait with the Public Prosecution or the body that taks place in the Islamic jurisprudence, the civil prosecution at the investigation body or with the governor of the grievance in Islamic jurisprudence, and the direct summons (the prosecution) to attend at the court.
