    الضغوط المهنية لدى الأساتذة دراسة مقارنة بين الأساتذة العاديين و أساتذة الصم البكم

    تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع الضغوط المهنية لدى الأساتذة، دراسة مقارنة بين أساتذة التربية العادية وأساتذة الصم البكم بمدينة متليلي ولاية غرداية ، هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الفروق في الضغوط المهنية لديهم ومعرفة ما إذا يعاني أساتذة التعليم العادي وأساتذة الصم البكم لضغوط مهنية مرتفعة، ولتحقيق ذلك اتبعنا في دراستنا المنهج الوصفي وطبقنا فيها مقياس الضغوط المهنية لصاحبيه )عواد وجعفر( ) 2019( على عينة قدرها )40( أستاذ وأستاذة من كلا النوعين )أساتذة التربية العادية، وأساتذة الصم البكم(، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: 1-لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين مستوى الضغوط المهنية بين الأساتذة العاديين وأساتذة الصم البكم 2-لايوجد مستوى مرتفع للضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة الصم البكم. 3-لايوجد مستوى مرتفع للضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي المدرسة العادية.This study dealt with the subject of professional pressures among teachers, a comparative study between regular education teachers and deaf-mute teachers in the city of Metlili, Ghardaia Province. This study aimed to know the differences in their professional pressures and to find out whether regular education teachers and deaf-mute teachers suffer from high professional pressures, and to achieve this we followed In our study, the descriptive approach was applied and we applied the Occupational Stress Scale by its owners (Awad and Jaafar) (2019) on a sample of (40) male and female professors of both types (regular education professors and deaf-mute professors), and the results of the study reached the following: 1 -There are no statistically significant differences between the level of professional stress between ordinary professors and deaf-mute professors. 2-There is no high level of professional stress among deaf-mute teachers. 3-There is no high level of professional stress among regular school teachers.
