    خصائص السياقات الدافعية لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع دراسة عيادية لخمسة حالات بولاية غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة خصائص السياقات الدفاعية لدى الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين من خلال اختبار تفهم الموضوع، اتبعنا المنهج العيادي واستعملنا الاختبار الاسقاطي تفهم الموضوع بحيث تكونت مجموعة البحث من خمس حالات من الأخصائيين النفسانيين العياديين يعملون بكل من مستشفى ترشين إبراهيم، المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوراية شنيني موسى بسيدي اعباز، مصلحة الأمراض العقلية ببنورة ومستشفى 18فيفري بمتليلي في ولاية غرداية وكانت النتائج كالتالي: تحقق الفرضيات: سيطرت سياقات المرونة B والتي تشير إلى الطريقة التي يظهر بها الفرد قدرة على التكيف والتفاعل بمرونة مع مواقف الحياة المختلفة، مع بروز سياقات الصلابة A والتي تشير بدورها إلى مقاومة المشاعر أو تجنبها، الدفاع النفسي المبالغ والتمسك الشديد بالأفكار أو المواقف حتى لو كانت غير مناسبة. This study aims to identify the characteristics of defensive contexts among clinical psychologists through a Thematic Apperception Test. We followed the clinical approach, using the projective Thematic Apperception Test. The research group consisted of five clinical psychologists working at the Tirchin Ibrahim Hospital, Chenini Moussa Public Health Institution in Sidi Abbez, the Mental Illness Department in Bounoura, and the February 18 Hospital in Metlili in Ghardaia Province. The results were as follows: The Hypotheses were confirmed: Flexibility contexts dominated B which indicate the way in which the individual shows the ability to adapt and interact flexibly with different life situations, with a prominence of Rigidity Contexts A which in turn indicate resistance to or avoidance of feelings, exaggerated psychological defense and strong adherence to ideas or positions even if they are not suitable.
