    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور بحوث التسويق في تحسين األدا لممديرية الجهوية موبيميس بورقمة ؛ ومن أجل معالجة اإلشكالية التالية ما هو أثر بحوث التسويق في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الخدماتية الجزائرية ؟ خالل تم توزيع االستبيان ألرا عينة من عمال المؤسسة وقمنا بالتحميل بواسطة األسموب اإلحصائي SPSS رقم )82 )؛ ولخص البحث إلى مجموعة من اإلستنتاجات أهمها أن تطبيق بحوث التسويق باستمرار مما يجعل األدا التسويقي لممؤسسة جيد وأن بحوث التسويق تؤثر عمى األدا التسويقي بأبعاده الثالث بكل من الحصة السوقية وحجم المبيعات والربحية لممديرية الجهوية لموبيميس بورقمة بشكل إيجابي The objective of this study is to highlight the role of marketing research in improving the performance of the Regional Directorate Mobilis of ouargla . In order to address the following problem, what is the impact of marketing research on improving the performance of Algerian service institutions? The research was summarized in a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that the good marketing performance of the institution is the result of its application to marketing research continuously, and that the latter affect the marketing performance of the Regional Directorate of ouargla Mobilis Positive but moderately to relatively weak.
