Item اتجاهات اساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو التدريس بمناهج الجيل الثاني وعلاقتها بالدافعية للانجاز دراسة ميدانية على عينة من اساتذة بعض دوائر ولاية غرداية(جامعة غرداية, 2018) بوجمعة, بلكحلThis study aimed at revealing the relationship between the attitude toward teaching with the second generation curriculum and the achievement motivation among the primary school teachers in some Ghardaia departments :Berriane, Dhayat bin Dahwah and Elgolea. And also to determine whether (these attitudes vary) this relationship varies according to some variables: (gender, level of teaching, experience).The sample included 100 primary school teachers from the departments of: Berriane, Dhayat bin Dahwah and Elgolea. The researcher used the two following basic tools: -A questionnaire about the nature of the attitudes of primary school teachers toward teaching the second generation curriculum prepared by Abdullah Labouz after the researcher 's adaptation. -The achievement motivation test of "Hermans" arabized by "Farouk Abdel-Fattah Moussa" in 1981. The statistical processing was done through the SPSS system. The Survey descriptive approach was adopted as the appropriate method for such studies. The results of the study were as follows: -There is no relationship between the attitudes of primary school teachers towards teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation. -The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does not differ according to their gender. -The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does not differ according to their experience. -The relationship between the attitudes of the primary school teachers towards teaching the second generation curriculum and their achievement motivation does not differ according to the level they teach (first year, second year, third year, fourth year).Item أوقاف منطقة المنيعة: حصر وتقييم في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي والقانون الجزائري(جامعة غرداية, 2024) بوجمعة, بلكحليُعتبر جرد وحصر الممتلكات الوقفية وتقييمها عملية التسجيل الوصفي لها، حيث تخضع الأملاك الوقفية في الجزائر لعملية جرد عام من طرف النّظارة المكلّفة بالشؤون الدّينية على مستوى كل ولاية والمحافظة العقارية التابعة لوزارة المالية، حسب الشروط والكيفيات والأشكال القانونية والتنظيمية المعمول بها. - وبما أنَّ منطقة (ولاية) المنيعة تعد ولاية فتية ومستحدثة بموجب القانون رقم: 19-12 المؤرخ في: 11 ديسمبر 2019. فإنَّها مُطالبة بضرورة الإسراع في حصر وجرد وتقييم أملاكها الوقفية. وعليه نهدف من خلال هذه الدّراسة إلى التَّطرق لمفهوم الأملاك الوقفية وحكمة مشروعيتها، والتعرّف على منطقة المنيعة (تاريخياً، بشرياً واقتصادياً). مع تحليل لواقع ومكانة الأملاك الوقفية لمنطقة المنيعة، مُبيناً جهود الجهات الوصيّة في جرد وحصر هذه الأملاك الوقفية وتقييمها، وأساليب تنميتها، مع إبراز لأهم التحديات والمعوّقات التي تواجهها. The enumeration and inventory of endowment properties) Wakf(, is considered as a descriptive and evaluative registration process. The endowment properties in Algeria are subject to a general inventory process by the supervisor in charge of religious affairs at the level of each state and the real estate governorate belonging to the Ministry of Finance according to the conditions, methods, and applicable legal and regulatory forms. - Since the region of El Meniaa (Wilaya) is considered as a young and newly established state due to the Law No. 19-12 of December 11, 2019, it is required to speed up the inventory, enumeration, and evaluation of its endowment properties. Therefore, we aim in this study, to address the concept of endowment properties and its legality.To know the area of El Meniaa (historically, humanly and economically). With an analysis of the reality and status of the endowment properties of El Meniaa region, indicating the efforts of authorities in inventorying, counting and evaluating these properties.
