    السلامة المهنية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي لدى الأسلاك شبه الطبية دراسة ميدانية: المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية العيادة متعددة الخدمات - وسط المدينة ولاية المنيعة

    سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيف تؤثر قواعد السلامة المهنية على آداء افراد الممرضين بالعيادة متعددة الخدمات وهل هناك امتثال لهاته القواعد وكيف يؤثر ذلك على آدائهم ومعرفة كيف تسهم سلامة العلاقات الاجتماعية فيما بين الممرضين على تحسين آدائهم. وقد اعتمدنا في هاته الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، أما أداة القياس فقد اعتمدنا على الاستبيان وقد تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 60 ممرض وممرضة يعملون بالعيادة. وقد توصلت نتائج هاته الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين كل من السلامة المهنية كمتغير مستقل والآداء الوظيفي كمتغير تابع لدى أسلاك شبه الطبي. وكذا وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مساهمة العمال في الامتثال لقواعد يسهم في العمل على تحسين آدائهم. كما توصلنا من خلال هاته الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين سلامة العلاقات الاجتماعية يسهم في التأثير على آدائهم الوظيفي وهذا وفقا للمتغيرات التالية: النوع ـ الحالة الاجتماعية ـ المستوى الوظيفي ـ مدة الخبرة المهنية. This study sought to find out how occupational safety rules affect the performance of nurses in the multi-service clinic, whether there is compliance with these rules, how this affects their performance, and how the safety of social relationships among nurses contributes to improving their performance. In this study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and as for the measurement tool, we relied on the questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of 60 male and female nurses working in the clinic. The résulte of this study found a positive relationship between occupational safety as an independent variable and job performance as a dependent variable among paramedical staff. There is also a positive relationship between the workers’ contribution to complying with the rules and contributing to improving their performance. Through this study, we also found That There is a positive Relationship between the integrity of social relationships That contributes to influencing their job performance, and This is according to the following variables: gender, marital status, job level, and length of Professional expérience.
