    سعت الحكومة الجزائرية في الآونة الأخيرة من طرف القيادة السامية للبلاد بهدف القضاء على أزمة البطالة، إلى تسطير لسبل جديدة في مجال الاقتصادي من جانب المقاولاتية من خلال إصدار قانون الأساسي لنظام المقاول الذاتي ولتحديد نشاطه و تسييره و هذا من أجل تحفيز الشباب و تجسيد أفكاره و تنظيمها و نجد أن هناك هيئة التي تتمثل في الوكالة الوطنية للمقاول الذاتي تضبط الشروط و الأحكام التي من شأنها تقوم بحماية الحقوق و متابعة و مراقبة نشاط المقاول الذاتي. إن قيام اكتساب صفة المقاول الذاتي و الحصول على بطاقة يترتب آثار تتمثل في التمتع بامتيازات تفضيلية مقارنتا بالفئات الأخرى من المقاولاتية، إلا أنه يخضع لمراقبة الوكالة الوطنية و التقيد بالتزامات جراء انتسابه للهيئة. The Algerian government, under the high leadership of the country, has recently sought to eliminate the unemployment crisis by outlining new economic approaches in the field of entrepreneurship. This was done through the issuance of the fundamental law of the Self-Employed Entrepreneur System, aimed at defining its activities and management. The objective is to encourage young people to realize and organize their ideas. A key institution, the National Agency for Self-Employed Entrepreneurs, sets the conditions and regulations that protect the rights and oversee the activities of self-employed entrepreneurs. Acquiring the status of a self-employed entrepreneur and obtaining the corresponding card results in certain benefits, such as preferential advantages compared to other entrepreneurial categories. However, it also subjects the entrepreneur to the supervision of the national agency and requires compliance with the obligations of being affiliated with it.
