    إدارة الصراع التنظيمي وأثرها على أداء المورد البشري دراسة ميدانية لبلدية غرداية 2022

    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر القائم بين إدارة الصراع التنظيمي على أداء المورد البشري في بلدية غرداية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على مقياسين، مقياس إدارة الصراع التنظيمي الذي يضم خمسة أبعاد، ومقياس أداء المورد البشري، حيث قمنا بتطبيق هذين المقياسين على عينة من عمال بلدية غرداية، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج بوجود علاقة بين أنماط إدارة الصراع على أداء المورد البشري وتأثير على بعضهما. Abstract : The study The study aimed to identify the impact between organizational conflict management on the performance of human resources in the municipality of Ghardaia, and the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach. These two scales were applied to a sample of workers in the municipality of Ghardaia. The study concluded a set of results with the existence of a relationship between conflict management patterns on the performance of human resources and the impact on each other
