    تساهم دراستنا في توضيح دور الاتصال الداخلي في تعزيز الثقة المشتركة بين العمال داخل المؤسسة دراسة ميدانية لعمال الحماية المدنية لولاية غرداية (دور الاتصال الداخلي في تعزيز الثقة التنظيمية بين الموظفين داخل مديرية الحماية المدنية بولاية غرداية) حيث استخدمنا منهج دراسة الحالة ، واعتمدنا على أداتين لجمع البيانات : المقابلة كأداة رئيسية والملاحظة كأداة مساعدة ، حيث تم عرض النتائج ومناقشتها وتحليلها . يعد الاتصال الداخلي ضروري ومهم في أي مؤسسة ، حيث يجمع الموظفين داخل المنظمة لتحقيق غاية واحدة تخدم المؤسسة ، نجد من أهدافه أنه يزيد التفاهم والثقة بين الموظفين . Our study contributes to clarifying the role of internal communication in enhancing mutual trust among workers within the institution A field study of civil protection workers in the state of Ghardaia Where we used the case study approach, and we relied on two data collection tools: the interview as a main tool and observation as an auxiliary tool, where the results were presented, discussed and analyzed. Internal communication is necessary and important in any organization, as it brings together employees within the organization to achieve one goal that serves the organization. One of its objectives is that it increases understanding and trust among employees.
