    إدارة مخطر عدم السداد في البنوك التجارية - دراسة حالة بنك التنمية المحلية - وكالة غرداية خلال 2011-2014

    تهدف هذه الدراسة االى معالجة موضوع إدارة ـمخطر عدـ السداد يف البنضؾ التجارية حيث مت أخد بنك التنمية احمللية كعينة للدراسة اؼبيدانية خبلؿ الفًتة 2011-2014 هبدؼ معرفة مدى قباح بنك التنمية احمللية يف إدارة وتسيَت ـباطر عدـ السداد و األساليب و الطرؽ اؼبمكنة للتعامل مع ىذا النضع من اؼبخاطر ، و كذلك للتعرؼ على أنضاع و أليات إدارة ـبطر عدـ السداد يف البنضؾ التجارية. وخلصت الدراسة اذل أف بنك التنمية احمللية يعتمد على الطرؽ التقليدية يف دراسة و ربليل الضوعية اؼبالية للمؤسسة وىذا ما يؤدي اذل انعداـ بعض الطرؽ اغبديثة اليت تساىم يف ربليل الضوعية اؼبالية الكتشاؼ ـبطر عدـ السداد ، كما أف عملية التنبؤ و التحليل اؼبارل يف البنك تلعب دورا ىاما و حيضيا يف صحة و دقة اؼبعلضمات اؼبالية اليت يقضـ هبا ، لذا هبب على البنضؾ عدـ االكتفاء بالتحليل اؼبارل فقط امبا هبب عليها أف تدعم ىذا التحليل بأساليب و طر ؽ حديثة تقيس his study aims to treat the issue of management notifier non payment in commercial banks where the Local Development Bank was taken as a sample field of study during the period 2011-2014 in order to see to which level the local development bank succeeded in the administration and management of the risk of non-payment ,and in other side, to know the methods and the possible ways in dealing with this kind of risk, as well as to identify the types and management mechanisms notifier non-payment in commercial banks. The study concluded that the Local Development Bank relies on traditional methods in the study and analysis of the financial situation of the institution , this leads to the lack of some modern ways that contribute in the financial situation analysis to discover the notifier to non-payment. Hence, the forecasting of financial analysis process in the bank. plays an important and a vital role in the truth and accuracy of financial information carried out, thus the banks shouldn't focus on the financial analysis only but they must be supported by modern methods of measuring credit risk.اؼبخاطر االئتمانية
