    مرافقة مسرعات الاعمال للمؤسسات الناشئة _ دراسة حالة مسرعة الاعمال بجامعة غرداية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور مسرعات الأعمال في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة، من خلال تحليل تجربة مسرعة ACCE التابعة لجامعة غرداية. انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية مفادها: كيف تساهم مسرعات الأعمال، وعلى رأسها ACCE، في مرافقة المؤسسات الناشئة الجامعية وتحقيق استمراريتها في السوق؟ وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على أدوات تمثلت في المقابلات والاستبيانات وتحليل الوثائق الرسمية للمسرعة. شملت العينة مجموعة من مسؤولي ACCE، وأصحاب مشاريع ناشئة جامعية استفادوا من خدماتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مسرعة ACCE تقدم دعماً فعّالاً من خلال التكوين، التوجيه، وفتح شبكة علاقات مهنية، مما ساهم في تحويل العديد من الأفكار إلى مشاريع قابلة للتطبيق. غير أن الدراسة سجلت بعض التحديات، أبرزها نقص التمويل وضعف ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة، ما يستدعي تعزيز الدعم المؤسسي والتشريعي لمسرعات الأعمال الجامعيةThis study aims to shed light on the role of business accelerators in supporting startups, by analyzing the experience of the ACCE accelerator affiliated with the University of Ghardaia. The study was based on the central question: How do business accelerators, particularly ACCE, contribute to supporting university-based startups and ensuring their sustainability in the market? A descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, relying on tools such as interviews, questionnaires, and the analysis of official ACCE documents. The sample included a group of ACCE officials and university startup founders who benefited from its services. The study concluded that the ACCE accelerator provides effective support through training, guidance, and access to professional networks, which has contributed to transforming many ideas into viable projects. However, the study also identified certain challenges, most notably a lack of funding and weak entrepreneurial culture among students, which calls for enhanced institutional and legislative support for university-based business accelerators
