    الذكاء الاجتماعي وعلاقته بصراع الأدوار لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسات التربية والتعليم بمدينة متليلي الشعانبة

    هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وصراع الأدوار لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم في مدينة متليلي –ولاية غرداية-أجريت الدراسة على مجموعة من الأستاذات والعاملات في الإدارة حيث تكونت العينة من 100 مشاركة. اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي لسلفرا(2001)، ومقياس صراع الأدوار للدكتورة بن عمارة سمية. وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي متوسط لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم، و مستوى صراع الأدوار مرتفع لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم، وتوصلت أيضا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الاجتماعي وصراع الأدوار لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم مع عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسط درجات الذكاء الاجتماعي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية والخبرة المهنية ونوع الوظيفة والتفاعل معهما، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات صراع الأدوار تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية والخبرة المهنية ونوع الوظيفة والتفاعل معهما لدى المرأة العاملة بقطاع التربية والتعليم. The current study aimed to identify the relationship between social intelligence and role conflict among women working in the education sector in the city of Metlili, Ghardaia Province. The study was conducted on a group of female teachers and workers in administration, where the sample consisted of 100 participants. We have relied on the descriptive approach and used the Social Intelligence Scale of Silfra (2001), and the Role Conflict Scale of Dr. Ben Amara Soumaya. The results found that the level of social intelligence is average among women working in the education sector, and the level of role conflict is high among women working in the education sector. We also found a statistically significant negative correlation between social intelligence and role conflict among women working in the education sector. However, there were no statistically significant differences in average social intelligence scores based on marital status, professional experience, job type, or the interaction among these variables. In addition, there are no statistically significant differences in the average degrees of role conflict due to the variables of marital status, professional experience, type of job, and interaction with them among women working in the education sector.
