In the matter of the increased interested in the environment dimension, and the emergence of the concept of sustainable development, economic institutions need to apply basic environmental standards and conditions, which in turn can measure the effectiveness of their performance and impact on the environmental aspect, through a number of requirements that must be applied to promoting the values of the environment. The corporation of the pipe industry in Algeria, and like other economic institutions, shows its interest in the protection of the environment in all its activities and strategies objectives in order to meet the international requirements ISO 14000 to preserve and protect the environment and achieve environment stability
