    دور الوعي السلوك البيئي الاستهلاكي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة دراسة حالة حي تافلالت بني يزقن- غرداية

    لقد أفرزت التّطوّرات في العقود الأخيرة نقاشا حادّا حول علاقة سلوك الاستهلاك بالمشاكل البيئيّة الّتي تعيشها البشريّة، حتّى صارت قضيّةُ إعادة النّظر في أنماط الاستهلاك الحاليّةصُلبَ الاهتمامات الخاصّة بالتنميّة المستدامة.وهو ما تحاولُ الدّراسة في هذا المبحث تسليطَ الضّوءعليه، من خلالمُعالجة العلاقة بين التّنميّة المستدامة والسّلوك البيئيّ للمستهلكين.وقد تطلّبت طبيعةُ الموضوع تقسيمَ البحث إلىفصليْن، تناولَ فيهماالإطارَ النّظريّوالميداني، بدءًا بسلوك الاستهلاك وعلاقته بالتّنميّة المستدامة،مع محدّدات السّلوك البيئيّللمستهلك،وتحديّاتالاستهلاك المستداموالبيئة والتّنميّة المستدامة في الجزائر، وصولاً إلى دراسة ميدانيّة حول عيّنة من المستهلكين منقصر تَافِيلَالَت، بني يزجن بولاية غرداية. وتوصّلت الدّراسة إلى أنّ الجزائر تُواجه تحديّات كبيرة متعلّقة بالآثار الّتي تـُحدِثُها الأنماطالاستهلاكيّة السّائدة على البيئة والتّنميّة في البلاد، وهو ما يجعل من الضّروريّ على الدّولة الاهتمام والترّكيز والتّشجيع لكلّ المبادرات الّتي تؤدّي إلى حماية البيئة والحفاظ على مواردها الطبيعيّة. كمَا بيّنت النّتائج أنّ المستهلكين يتميّزون بمستوى حسن منالمعارف والقيم البيئيّة، لكنّهالا تظهر بجلاء في الواقع، ولا تؤثّر على سلوكياتهمالاستهلاكيّة والبيئيّة. Developments in recent decades have produced an intense debate about the relationship of consumption behavior to the environmental problems that humanity live to the point that the issue of reconsidering current consumption patterns has become the core of concerns for sustainable development. And this is what the study in this section attempts to shed light on, by treating the relationship between the sustainable development and the environmental behavior of consumers. The nature of the topic required dividing the research into two chapters, in which it dealt with the theoretical and field framework, starting with consumption behavior and its relationship to the sustainable development, with the determinants of consumer environmental behavior, and the challenges of the sustainable consumption, the environment and sustainable development in Algeria, leading to a field study on a sample of consumers from Tafilalet Palace, BeniIsguen in Ghardaia Province. The study concluded that Algeria faces major challenges related to the effects that prevailing consumption patterns have on the environment and development in the country, which makes it necessary for the state to care, focus and encourage all initiatives that lead to protecting the environment and preserving its natural resources. The results also showed that the consumers have a good level of environmental knowledge and values, but they do not appear clearly in reality and do not affect their consuming and environmental behaviors.
