    In this study, we have attempted to answer the general question: what is the relationship of work pressure to the occurrence of organizational conflict? in the institution. In order to achieve the objectives of our study, we used the analytical method to analyse the data and information obtained. This study was applied to a sample of administrative staff, Commercial and management sciences in the university of Guardia, based on a set of tools that help to collect data and test hypotheses to reach the results of the study, 74 questionnaires were distributed to teachers and administrative staff. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: There is a relationship between work pressures and organizational conflict. The pressures on the physical environment, individual pressures and even at the community level, such as poor relations with colleagues, subordinates and presidents, lead to organizational conflict. Even those pressures on sources at the enterprise level as improper organizational structure, Clear lead to this kind of organizational conflict. We also found differences between respondents on the impact of labour pressures on organizational conflict due to demographic and functional characteristics. Through these results, we have made some recommendations aimed at reducing the sources of work pressure by dealing seriously with this phenomenon and controlling it to achieve the goals of the university of which update a regulatory vigilance cell that measures and exposes the foci of organizational pressures and conflicts and prepares and processes treatment strategies
