    معوقات التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية: بمؤسسة الأنابيبALFA PIPE- - غرداية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية لصناعة الانابيبALFA PIPEبغرداية،واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وعلى العينة الطبقية بحوالي 60 مبحوث، والاستبيان كأداةللدراسة وجمع البيانات. نوع هذه الدراسة:درجة ماستر أكاديمي تخصص علم اجتماع التنظيم والعمل. اشكالية الدراسةتتمحور حول سؤال:ما طبيعة معوقات التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية بمؤسسة الانابيب الفابيبALFA PIPEبغرداية. فرضيات الدراسة: - هناك معوقات تعلم تنظيمي تتعلقبتكوين عمال المؤسسة. - هناك معوقات تعلم تنظيمي تتعلقبطبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين العمال بالمؤسسة. متغيرات الدراسة: اعتمدت الدراسة على متغير واحد هو معوقات التعلم التنظيمي بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية.This study aimed to identify the obstacles to organizational learning in the Algerian economic institution for the manufacture of pipes ALFA PIPE In GhardaÏa, we relied in this study on the descriptive approach, on a stratified sample of about 60 respondents, and the questionnaire as a tool for study and data collection. The type of this study: an academic master's degree with a specialization in the sociology of organization and work. The problem of the study revolves around the question: What is the nature of organizational learning obstacles in the Algerian economic institution in the Fabib Foundation ALFA PIPE In GhardaÏa Study hypotheses:  There are organizational learning obstacles related to the formation of the organization's workers.  There are organizational learning obstacles related to the nature of social relations among workers in the organization. Study Variables: The study relied on a variable, which is the obstacles to organizational learning in the Algerian economic institution
