    النظام القانوني للممارسة الإعلامية في الجزائر

    يشكل كل من القانون العضوي رقم 12-05 والقانون رقم 14-04 النظام القانوني للممارسة الإعلامية، الذي ينظم مهنة الإعلام بصفة عامة، حيث أن القانون العضوي رقم 12-05 عمل على تنظيم الأنشطة الإعلامية سواء كانت المكتوبة أو السمعية البصرية، حيث تم استحداث هيئتين جديدتين تعملان على الإشراف والرقابة على مختلف الأنشطة الإعلامية، وقد تمثلت هذين الهيئتين في سلطة ضبط الصحافة المكتوبة الذي تختص بإشراف ورقابة على الممارسة الإعلامية التي تتم من خلال الوسائل المكتوبة، في حين أن سلطة ضبط السمعي البصري تختص بإشراف ورقابة على الممارسة الإعلامية التي تتم من خلال الوسائل السمعية البصري، وتحدد حدود الممارسة الإعلامية من خلال عملية الرقابة الإدارية والرقابة القضائية. Organic Law No. 12-05 and Law No. 14-04 constitute the legal system for media practice, which regulates the media profession in general, as Organic Law No. 12-05 worked to regulate media activities, whether written or audiovisual, as two bodies were created There are two new ones that supervise and control various media activities. These two bodies are represented by the Written Press Control Authority, which specializes in supervising and controlling the media practice that takes place through written means, while the Audiovisual Control Authority is concerned with supervising and controlling the media practice that takes place through Audiovisual means, and determine the limits of media practice through the process of administrative control and judicial control.
