    أثر التغيير التكنولوجي على أداء الموظفين ( دراسة حالة)

    نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على اهمية اثر التغير التكنولوجي على اداء الموظفين لمؤسسة الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الاجراء لولاية غرداية, و من اجل تحقيق هذه الاهداف استخدمنا اداة المقابلة التي اجريت مع السيد دحمان لخضر رئيس مصلحة الموارد البشرية, و بعد تحليل نتائج المقابلة توصلنا الى أن التغير التكنولوجي أثر على تنمية أداء الموظفين. وأوصت الدراسة بمواكبة التغييرات المتسارعة في مجال استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنميه الموارد البشرية في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراءThrough this study, we aim to identify the importance of the impact of technological change on the performance of employees of the National Social Security Fund Foundation for non-employees in the state of Ghardaia. In order to achieve these goals, we used the interview tool that was conducted with Mr. Dahmane Lakhdar, head of the Human Resources Department, and after analyzing the results of the interview. We found that technological change affected the development of employee performance. The study recommended keeping pace with the rapid changes in the field of using information technology in developing human resources in the National Social Security Fund for non-earners.
