As a euro lation oral study between The Islamic juriprodance and positive law However The problematic accumulates That How are provisions of engagement Wi Him Low and Islamic law ? and what are Their impacts ? and Hom can turn it off when someone or both of them want to turning it off , and is it by arbitrariness or no ? So for the suggestion of answering the problematic I decided this research to two chapter, The first chapter contains the concept of engagement as result of arbitrariness and compensation in using their rights .
