    عقود الترقية العقارية في التشريع الجزائري

    قام المشرع بفتح زمام المبادرة لمحاولة التقليل والتخفيف من أزمة السكن عن طريق البحث عن حلول والعمل على دلك من خلال سن قوانين تتماشى مع الوضع .ومن بين هده القوانين نجد قانون 11/04 جاء لتدارك النقص وصياغة العديد من الأحكام ،من خلال تنظيم عقود الترقية العقارية سواء العقود المحيطة التي تعتبر إسهام في انجاز مشاريع الترقية العقارية ، والعقود المرتبطة بالعقار التي هي الصيغ السكنية ،بحيث عمل المشرع على تنويعها مراعيا أوضاع المواطنين سواء الفئة الضعيفة الدخل والفئة المرتفعة الدخل، وحاول المشرع الإلمام بالجانب القانوني والتنظيمي من اجل مسايرة التطورات الحاصلة في المجال العقاري. The legislator tried to take the initiative to try to reduce alleviate the housing crisis by searching the for solution and working on it by enacting laws that are in line with t .The situation Among these laws ,we find law 11/04 that came to remedy the shortage and formulate Many provision ,by organizing promotion contracts real-estate,both the surrounding contract related to real estate that are housing, ,formulas,so that the legislator worked on diversifying,them taking into Account thecodition of citizens,both the low-income group and the high-income group ,and the legislator tried to be familiar with legal and regulatory aspect in order to keep pace with the developments taking place.
