    مساهمة مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تفعيل نظام الرقابة الداخلية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مساهمة مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تفعيل نظام الرقابة الداخلية، ومحاولة إسقاط ذلك من خلال دراسة استطلاعية لعينة مكونة من 40 مفردة شملت مجموعة من المحاسبين والماليين للمؤسسات اقتصادية جزائرية، باستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، ولمعالجة البيانات وتحليل وتفسير النتائج تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V26. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات في تفعيل النظام الرقابة الداخلية This study aims to demonstrate the contribution of corporate governance principles to the effectiveness of the internal control system, and to attempt to demonstrate this through a survey study of a sample of 40 individuals, including a group of accountants and financial managers from Algerian economic institutions. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) V26 was used to process the data, analyze, and interpret the results. This study concluded that corporate governance principles have a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α=0.05) on the effectiveness of the internal control system.
