    يبين هذا البحث جرائم الاعتداء على حرمة المقابرالعامة وحمايتها من الجانب القانوني والتشريع الإسلامي وكذا التشريعات المقارنة،بما فيها من هدم وتخريب أوتدنيس أوأي مساس بحرمة المقابر يعد جريمة، فلهذا فأغلب التشريعات أصدرت قوانين لحمايتها وعقاب كل من تسول له نفسه على اتيان هذه الأفعال المجرمة ووضعت حدود لا يجوز لأحد أن يتعداها . فحماية الإنسان غير مقيدة بحياته بل هي حتى بعد الممات وحرمته من أكبر الحرمات وجب صونها من أي إعداء. This research shows crimes of assault on the sanctity of public cemeteries and their protection from the legal aspect and Islamic legislation as well as comparative legislation, including demolition, sabotage, desecration or any prejudice to the sanctity of cemeteries is a crime, so most of the legislation issued laws to protect them and punish anyone who tempts himself to commit these acts The criminal has set limits that no one may transgress. Protecting a person is not restricted to his life, rather it is even after death, and depriving him is one of the greatest sanctities that must be safeguarded from any enemies.
