    يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول أثر تطبيق النظام االمحاسبي المالي على القواعد الجبائية و مدى مواكبتها للتطورات المستجدات التي تاتي بها المغايير ي الدولية للمحاسبة، فقانون النظام احملاسيب املايل ينأى بصفة واضحة يف توجهاته ومضمونه عن بعض القوانني النظام اجلبائي اجلزائري احلايل، وما يفرض على الدولة تكييف جهودها من أجل دراسة وحل خمتلف اإلشكاليات اليت قد يطرحها هذا التباعد. وبعد در استنا التطبيقية، توصلت الدراسة إىل أن تطبيق النظام احملاسيب املايل قد أثر على القواعد اجلبائية من خالل التأثري على القواعد احملاسبية، ولكن كنظام جبائي مل يتأثر بصفة مباشرة إمنا اتصف بالاستقلالية The studying subject is centred about applying the financial accounting system about collection rules and how it accompanies the news and the developments the rough which the international measures pass. The law of financial accounting system is derived from the laws of the Algerian collection system in its content and directions, this obhged the country make its efforts for studying and solving the different problems that may be asked. After our practical study, we reached that applying the financial accounting system has affected the collection rules, through affecting the accounting system.
