    ALFAPIPE- و PLASTUB -دور إعادة تدوي النفايات في إرساء قيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية درا سة تطبيقية شركتي

    أصبح موضوع إعادة تدوير مخ لّفات الاستهلاك من أهمّ المواضيع المحدّ دة للتنمية المستدامة في جميع دول العالم لما لها من انعكاسات إيجابية و آثار مباشرة على البيئة و مك وناتها من خلال ترسيخ قيم و أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية للأفراد و المنظ مات على حدّ سواء. فالتزايد المستمر في حجم مخلّفات الاستهلاك و تراكمها بشكل فوضوي يس بّب العديد من الآثار الضارّة و الخطيرة على البيئة و صحة الإنسان، فقد تصبح موردا اقتصاديا هامّ ا، إذا تم التخ لّص منها بشكل سليم و آمن و إعادة تدويرها بالشّكل الصّ حيح و وفقا للمعايير الدّ ولية. و تناول البحث إشكالية مساهمة إعادة تدوير مخلفات الاستهلاك في إرساء قيم المسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال التط رّق إلى المفاهيم الأساسية لإعادة التدوير و المتط لّبات الف نّية لهذه العملية، الطرق و مجالاتها، مع إبراز مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، مبادئها و أبعادها، الآثار الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية لإعادة التدوير على المجتمع ككل. ثم تم إسقاط الدّ راسة على ولاية غرداية ممثلة في الشركة الجزائرية لصناعة الأنابيب ALFAPIPE كنموذج للمنظّمات التي تعمل على التخ لّص الآمن من النفايات. والشركة الجزائرية للأنابيب PLASTUB كنموذج للمنظ مات التي تعمل على إعادة تدوير مخ لّفاتها البلاستيكية. It became the subject of recycling waste consumption of the most important topics identified for sustainable development in all countries of the world because of its positive impact and direct effects on the environment and its components through the consolidation of the values and the dimensions of the social responsibility of individuals and organizations alike. Continuous Valtzaid in the volume of consumption and waste accumulation chaotic cause many harmful effects and dangerous to the environment and human health, it has become an economically important, if it is disposed of properly and safely and recycled properly and in accordance with international standards. And touched on the problem of the contribution recycling waste consumption in establishing the values of social responsibility by addressing the basic concepts of recycling and technical requirements for this process, roads and fields, highlighting the concept of social responsibility, its principles and its dimensions, economic and social effects of recycling on society As a whole. Then drop the study on the state of Ghardaia represented in the Algérien company for the manufacture of pipes ALFAPIPE As a model for organizations that operate on the safe disposal of waste. The Algerian company of pipes PLASTUB as a model for organizations working to recycle plastic waste.
