    يكتسي موضوع التغيير التنظيمي أهمية بالغة وخاصة للمنظمات ونظرا للتطور الذي يشهده العالم وخاصة في عالم الإدارة بات من اللازم على المنظمة ركوب أمواج هذا التطور وهذا بغية التغيير والانتقال من الوضع الحالي إلى وضع المستهدف، وبالتالي فتحقيق التغيير التنظيمي لا يتوقف فقط عليها إنما بتظافر الجهود فالموارد البشرية والهيكل التنظيمي والتكنولوجي كلها سبل في تحقيق هذا التغيير، فهدف المنظمة من هذا التغيير التكيف مع المتغيرات وبالتالي تضمن بقائها واستمرارها .
