مناهج الفقهاء في الحديث إعمالا و إهمالا
(جامعة غرداية, 2022) رابح, فرج الله
It is established among Sharia scholars that the jurists are doctors and that the modernists are pharmacists. And that the work of a doctor is only done with the medicine of the pharmacist, and that the medicine of the pharmacist does not benefit from the guidance of the doctor, just as the work of the doctor complements the work of the pharmacist and the work of the pharmacist complements the work of the doctor, and one of them is indispensable to the other. A collector of the work of jurists and scholars, and I divided it into three chapters, making the first of them to explain the research terms and what is related to them, such as jurists, scholars, actions, negligence, and the role of scholars in the goodness of the nation. So I made the chapter for what the jurists did and the weakness of the modernists, and the second chapter for what the jurists neglected and before it the modernists. I divided each chapter into two sections and each topic into seven demands and each requirement into three branches. On a reliable fundamentalist evidence, and the second of them is a fundamentalist evidence that he is comfortable with, and I will follow my policeman, and by God is my strength. Search terms: jurists’ approaches _ implementation of weak hadith _ neglect of authentic hadith
