    الضريبة وضوابطها في الفقه الإسلامي -دراسة تأصيلية

    تناولت هذه الدّراسة موضوع الضّريبة وضوابطها في الفقه الإسلامي – دراسة تأصيلية- ، فبعد أن عرّفت الضَّريبة والضّوابط تطرقت إلى بيان مشروعية الضّريبة وأتبعتها بآراء الفقهاء المعاصرين ثم فصَّلت أنواعها وخصائصها وضوابطها و شروط جبايتها . بعد ذلك وضحت الخلاف في حكم فرض الضرائب بسرد أقوال المجيزين والمانعين . This study dealt with the issue of tax and its controls in ISLAMIC jurisprudence , after I defined the taxe and the controls, I toched upen the statement of the legality of the tax. After that , I clarified the controvercy over the tax ruling by mentioning the statements of those who approves taxes and those who prevent them .
