    دور التدريب في تخفيض حوادث العمل دراسة ميدانية فيمديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بغرداية

    تعد ظاهرة حوادث العمل من بين المشاكل التي تعانيها المؤسسات حيث تعتبر هذه المشكلة من المشكلات التي تؤرق المؤسسات، نتيجة لما تخلفه من خسائر مادية (الآلات والمعدات) وبشرية. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتركز وتسلط الضوء على جانب تدريب العمال لإبراز دوره في التقليل من حوادث العمل، انطلاقا من كون التدريب يلعب دور إيجابي في تنمية المورد البشري مما يسهل أدائه لمختلف الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى حمايته من مخاطر وحوادث العمل. وقد جاءت الإشكاليةعلى النحو التالي: فيما يتمثلدور التدريب في التقليل من حوادث العملبمؤسسة سونلغاز؟ وأجريت الدراسة في مؤسسة سونلغاز وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة باستخدام طريقة الملاحظة بالمشاركة وتقنية الاستمارة في جمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج التالية: - أن التحديد الفعلي الاحتياجات التدريبية مرتبط بمحتوى البرنامج التدريبي الفعال الذي يساهم في التقليل من حوادث العمل - تساهم البرامج التدريبية في تنمية المهارات والقدرات المساعدة على تجنب وقوع حوادث العمل The phenomenon of work accidents isamong the problemssuffered by institutions, as thisproblemisconsidered one of the problemsthat trouble institutions, as a result of the materiallosses (machinery and equipment) and human causes. This study came to focus and highlight the aspect of training workers to highlight itsrole in reducingwork accidents, based on the factthat training plays a positive role in the development of humanresources, whichfacilitatestheir performance for various jobs, in addition to protectingthemfromworkrisks and accidents. The problemwas as follows:Whatis the role of training in reducingwork accidentsat Sonelgaz? The studywasconducted at Sonelgaz and the descriptive analyticalapproachwasusedusing the participatory observation method and the questionnaire technique in data collection. The studyfound the followingresults: - The actual identification of training needsislinked to the content of the effective training program thatcontributes to reducingwork accidents - Training programs contribute to the development of skills and abilities to help avoidwork accidents
