    اعتبار سد الذرائع في جريمة الرشوة وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة - دراسة شرعية قانونية -

    يتناول هذا البحث اعتبار سد الذرائع في جريمة الرشوة وتطبيقاتها المعاصرة ، وكذا التدابير الوقائية لمنع من وقوع جريمة الرشوة ، فقد بدأت بمفهوم سد الذرائع و جريمة الرشوة ثم تناولت الصور الرشوة التي سدها الشرع و منعها القانون كالهدايا للعمال وأصحاب المناصب وصور أخرى تناولها القانون وجرمها ، فكل مايؤدي إلى الرشوة يحرمه الشرع ويعاقب عليه القانون لما فيه من أضرار على سير الحياة الاجتماعية. This research deals with the consideration of blocking pretexts in the crime of bribery and its contemporary applications, as well as preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of the crime of bribery. Anything that leads to bribery is forbidden by Sharia and punishable by law because of the harm it causes to the progress of social life
