    دور ذكاء الأعمال في إتخاذ القرارات الإستراتيجية دراسة حالة مؤسسة نفطال-غرداية

    هدفت هذه الدراسة الي التعرف بشكل دقيق على ذكاء الاعمال ودوره في اتخاد القراراتالاستراتجية, بالإضافة الى دراسة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة , وثم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع, كما تم الاعتماد على دراسة حالة من خلال الاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية عن طريق برنامج spss نسخة 27 وخلصت الدراسة الى وجود مستوي مرتفع لذكاء الاعمال والقرارات الاستراتجية لدى مؤسسة نفطال, و أوضحت نتائج التحليل على وجود مساهمة معنوية لذكاء الاعمال في اتخاد القرارات الاستراتجية , ويتجسد ذلك من خلال ابعاد ذكاء الاعمال , وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من الاقتراحات والتوصيات تكمن نفطال من مواجهة التهديدات This study aimed to accurately explore business intelligence and its role in strategic decision-making, as well as examine the relationship between the study variables. A descriptive analytical approach was employed to investigate the topic, alongside a case study methodology using a questionnaire and statistical analysis via SPSS (version 27). The findings revealed a high level of business intelligence and strategic decision-making within Naftal. The analysis results indicated a significant contribution of business intelligence to strategic decision-making, which is reflected in its various dimensions. The study concluded with a set of recommendations and proposals aimed at enabling Naftal to effectively confront emerging threats
