    المخططات المعرفية المبكرة اللاتكيفية لدى المصاب بالوسواس القهري ( دراسة لحالتين من ولاية غرداية )

    هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المخططات المعرفية المبكرة اللاتكيفية لدى المصاب بالوسواس القهري، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي، أسلوب دراسة حالة، وتم استعمال مقياس المخططات المعرفية لجيفري يونغ، في نسخته المختصرة، والذي تم تكييفه على البيئة الجزائرية من طرف الباحثة "أمينة بن قويدر"، وقد تم تطبيقه على مجموعة الدراسة المتكونة من حالتين. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى : - توجد مخططات معرفية محددة متفاوتة التأثير على المصاب بالوسواس القهري وهي مخطط النقص/الحرمان العاطفي، مخطط الفشل، مخطط التبعية وعدم الكفاءة، مخطط العزلة/النفور. - يلعب مخطط العزلة والنفور دور هام في حياة المصاب بالوسواس القهري. The study aimed to identify the early maladaptive cognitive schemas of the person suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder. To achieve this goal, the clinical approach was relied upon, a case study method, and the cognitive schemas scale by Jeffrey Young was used, in its abbreviated version, which was adapted to the Algerian environment by the researcher, “Amina.” Bin Qwaider”, and it was applied to the study group consisting of two cases. The study concluded: There are specific cognitive schemas with varying influence on the sufferer of OCD, which are the schema of deficiency/emotional deprivation, the schema of failure, the schema of dependency and incompetence, and the schema of isolation/aversion. The isolation and alienation schema plays an important role in the life of someone with OCD.
