    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دورأبعاد إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الوظيفي والتنظيمي، دراسة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر -وكالة المنيعة-، ولتحقيق الأهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ولجمع البيانات تم تصميم استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 101زبون لدى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، حيث تم تحليلها عن طريق استخدام برنامجSPSS. وتوصلتالدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها وجود أثر لأبعاد إدارة المعرفة على الأداء الوظيفي والتنظيمي لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر This study aims to learn about the role of knowledge management on the functional and organizational performance, the study of the Algiers Communications Foundation, Mniaaa’s Agency, and to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the descriptive curriculum and data collection. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a sample of 101 customers at the Algiers Communications Foundation, which was analyzed through the use of the SPSS S. The study found a series of findings, the most important of which was the impact of knowledge management dimensions on the functional and organizational performance of the Algiers Communications Foundation
