    تهدف ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﻗﻴﺎﺱ ﻭتحﻠﻴﻞﺃﺛﺮﺗﺒني ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ)ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ(في تحﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍلمﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠين ﺑﺎلمﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻﺕ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﺑﺎﻷﻏﻮﺍﻁ.ﻭﻗﺪ تمتحﺪﻳﺪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ بمﺘﻐير ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﺘﻤﺜﻞ فيﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ )ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ(ﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎﺩﻫﺎﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺜﺔ:)ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ،ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺋﻘﻴﺔ،ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻠﻴﺔ(،ﻭﻣﺘﻐير ﺁﺧﺮ ﺗﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﺘﻤﺜﻞ فيﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍلمﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ. ﻭﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺃﻫﺪﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔتم ﺗﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﺍﺳﺘﺒﺎﻧﺔ ﻟﻐﺮﺽ جمﻊ ﺍلمﻌﻠﻮﻣﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺍﻟتي ﺑﻠﻎ ﻋﺪﺩﻫﺎ99ﻣﻔﺮﺩﺓ، ﺣﻴﺚ تمﺖ ﺍﻻﺳﺘﻌﺎﻧﺔ ﺑﺄﺳﻠﻮﺏ ﺍﻟﻨﻤﺬﺟﺔ ﺑﺎلمﻌﺎﺩﻻﺕ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺨﺪﺍﻡ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﺞ)4(Smart pls. ﻫﺬﺍ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺇلى ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﺃﺛﺮ ﺩﺍﻝ ﺍﺣﺼﺎﺋﻲﻟﺘﺒني ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻲ)ﺍﻹﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ(ﺑﺄﺑﻌﺎﺩﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺜﻼﺛﺔ)ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﻐﻴﻠﻴﺔ،ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﺋﻘﻴﺔ،ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺮﻗﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻮﻳﻠﻴﺔ(في تحﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻷﺩﺍﺀ ﺍلمﺘﻤﻴﺰ ﻟﻠﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔﻟﺪﻯ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠين ﺑﺎلمﺪﻳﺮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﻻﺗﺼﺎﻻﺕ ﺍلجﺰﺍﺋﺮ ﺑﺎﻷﻏﻮﺍﻁ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍلمﻌﻨﻮﻳﺔ0.05،ﻛﻤﺎﺗﻮﺻﻠﺖﺍﻟﺪﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﺃﻳﻀﺎﺇلى ﻋﺪﻡ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻓﺮﻭﻗﺎﺕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺩﻻﻟﺔ ﺇﺣﺼﺎﺋﻴﺔﻟﺪﻯ ﺃﻓﺮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺍلمﺪﺭﻭﺳﺔThis study aims to measure and analyse the impact of adopting digital transformation (Digital Management) in achieving outstanding performance in human resources among the employees of the Practical Directorate of Algeria Communications in Laghouat, The study variables were identified with the independent variable being digital transformation (digital management) with its three dimensions: (operational, relational, transformative), and the dependent variable being outstanding human resources performance
